New Guilt is not in Overeating but in Wasting Time
The new eco-focus will be on the way we spend time and throw away time. The new guilt of not doing sufficient and not being disciplined is not gauged on how we overeat, but how we waste time. More scorn will be given to young and rich celebrities who waste their time in clubs. Congressmen and Senators who clock in few hours in their legislative jobs will also receive more flack.

Old technologies such as watches & clocks are still the basic necessities to time control. However, a creative psychologist in Berkley was able to fashion a "time meter" for her students. She got the idea from the pedometer population use to think either they have walked sufficient or need to do more.
